Terms of Service

1. Who we are

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services operated by City Wide Multi Media Group (“City Wide,” “we,” “us”) at citywidemmg.com. By creating an account, applying for development, or otherwise using the site, you agree to these Terms.

2. The service

City Wide provides artist development services, including development planning (the “Artist Intelligence Blueprint”), artist pages and electronic press kits, promotion and campaign services, and music-business setup support. Applying is free; specific services are provided only after selection and, where applicable, payment.

We are selective. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, and we may decline any application at our discretion.

3. Your account

• You must provide accurate information when applying or creating an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Your content and ownership

You keep what's yours. We do not take ownership of your music, your masters, your publishing, or your name. By submitting materials (music, images, bios, links), you grant us a limited license to use them solely to provide the services — for example, to build and host your artist page and EPK, and to pitch your work to outlets on your behalf.

You represent that you own or control the rights to the materials you submit, and that they don't infringe anyone else's rights.

5. Payments

Paid services (such as the Artist Intelligence Blueprint) are billed through our payment processor, Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay. Ongoing development tracks are scoped and quoted individually before any work begins.

6. What we don't promise

Careers aren't guaranteed and we won't pretend otherwise. We do not promise streams, chart positions, playlist placements, press coverage, revenue, or any particular outcome. We promise the work: research, strategy, design, promotion to legitimate outlets, and honest guidance.

7. Acceptable use

• Don't misrepresent who you are or submit work that isn't yours.
• Don't use the service for anything unlawful.
• Don't attempt to interfere with or gain unauthorized access to the service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, limitations) survive.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, City Wide's total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
