1. What this covers

This policy explains what information City Wide Multi Media Group (“City Wide,” “we,” “us”) collects through citywidemmg.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. What we collect

• Application & profile information — name, artist name, email, phone (if you provide it), city, role, genre, and links to your public profiles (Spotify, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
• Account information — your email and a securely hashed password, or your Google account identity if you sign in with Google. We never see or store your Google password.
• Development materials — answers you give in our intake questionnaires and materials you submit for your development plan, artist page, and EPK.
• Payment information — payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number; we receive confirmation of payment and basic transaction details.

3. How we use it

• To review your application and decide whether we're a fit.
• To provide the services — building your plan, page, EPK, and campaigns.
• To contact you about your application, your account, and opportunities we think are genuinely relevant to you as an artist.
• To operate, secure, and improve the site.

We use AI tools to help research and analyze the materials you submit. A human reviews the output before it represents you.

4. What we don't do

• We don't sell your personal information.
• We don't share your contact details with third parties for their own marketing.
• We don't post anything publicly on your behalf without your involvement in the process.

5. Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us run the service — hosting, payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, and authentication (Google, if you choose Google sign-in) — and when the law requires it. When we pitch your work to outlets as part of promotion, we share the materials you've provided for that purpose.

6. Storage and security

Your data is stored on infrastructure we control, not resold through third-party marketing platforms. Passwords are hashed, connections are encrypted (HTTPS), and access is limited to people who need it to provide the service.

7. Your choices

• You can update your profile information from your account at any time.
• You can ask us to correct or delete your personal information by emailing citywidemultimedia@gmail.com.
• You can opt out of non-essential emails by replying to any of them.

8. Changes

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
